   THIS is just a PART of what 'I' do for WORK.. with #MUSIC... I go thru MANY Videos on YouTube 'LOOKIN' for the TALENT.. So.. IF you're 'TALENT' make Sure YOU ARE THERE TOO!! ;)

Like THIS Young Lady.. She's good.. I Enjoy Lookin at ALL the DIFFERENT "STYLES" .. I'm a Female DRUMMER & My Mom is a Female BASS player so.. It's fun to go thru & see all the MANY MANY Females (no offense guys) MUSICIANS.. It;s just that.. MUSIC .. Electric.. ROCK..FUNK...POP... or even COUNTRY (as I am) Has pretty much been MAKE DOMINATED... so I find it FUN to see how FAR the Females have come in this area.. If ANY of You Young ones have HEARD of PATSY CLINE.. Well then.. My MOM Kicks Butt on HER .. No Offense Patsy.. (RIP) You're GOOD but My Mom's Amazing!! lol Well Seriously tho, I grew up in a VERY VERY MUSICAL HOME, I began playing Drums & singing (In Bars, Nightclubs) at the age of 14 .. MUSIC is ALL I knew until I became a Nurse AFTER I divorced..  Back then it was pretty hard for females to get work as MUSICIANS (even studio) .. It was Much more easy being the SINGER or even the RHYTHM guitarist, but the Men pretty much Dominated the LEAD on all the other instruments... So I go thru YOU TUBE & Look for the Many Many Talented young Musicians, Oh don't get me WRONG I look for the makes as well.. Just depends on what work I'm doing that day.. I even look for the GAMERS.. lol My Son is a TOP Gamer.. (Aeryk is following right along) .. Guitar Hero was (& still is) Quite Popular.. They STOPPED it, but.. are supposed to be Bringing it BACK Next year.. My son was #1 on MANY MANY Leader Boards for Guitar as well as Bass .. His Gamer tag is JOEY_BLAZE (Spelled many ways) but if it says Joey Blaze it's him .. He has a couple other names too but I'm not sure of them, GAMES.. is NOT My specialty.. MUSIC is.. His too  tho.. He;s also a Drummer/Singer.. The Trippy part is Our Lil Man, Aeryk, He's into Games too .. He plays Guitar Hero ha ha Nothin Stranger to ME than hearin your 8yr old singin along with & Knowing who OZZY is or QUEEN but his Fave song to Play along with is Dragon Force ha ha Does very well too.. he's a LEFTY so Teachin him to play the Guitar (ANND drums) was a Lil different ha ha.. but yeah.. Hearin him singing the OLD ROCK is funny.. Another of his Faves is "MONSTER" by Skillet Music (He even knows they are Christian METAL/ROCK ;) 
So.. PLEASE.. IF YOU'RE A MUSICIAN.. or a SINGER or DANCER.. PLEASE put your work up on YouTube cause you "NEVER" KNOW WHO'S
